When you signed up, you agreed to terms of service. If you didn't read them and now you find yourself suspended, please read the terms of service.
Reading the terms will detail time frames for suspended accounts. We try and respond quickly but sometimes it can take 1-5 days.
Creating multiple tickets does not get you answered faster, it slows us down. Your ticket goes to the end of the line when you do this.
